Jim has a Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Emory University in the USA. He is both a qualified US attorney and a registered patent attorney (USPTO).

Jim joined DSP in 2016, bringing with him more than 19 years of professional experience in the generic pharmaceutical business gained from Head of Legal and Head of Intellectual Property roles with Cipla, Sun Ranbaxy, and Polpharma, among other companies. Prior to this, he practised corporate and commercial law in private practice at Linklaters LLP. Jim is also a member of Centrient’s Management Board of Directors.
