Technical Sales Support Manager
To provide technical support services to Centrient customers in the grand China market and exports; to develop product application and define new product selling concepts based on customer/FDF industry understanding.
•Support commercial Director to implement China business strategy and translate into doable actions;
•Investigate and determine the technical needs of customers and define technical service plan in cooperation with Sales and Account Management, according to the requirements of Business Team.
•Provide service to customers in such a way that they are able to apply CENTRIENT products safely. Organize and support trials for validation of new products or formula changes in customers’ production facilities. Support trials for validation of existing products in new customers’ production facilities.
•Investigate (or support the investigation) and resolve customers’ technical complaints.
•Interpret data and trends related to technical service issues and provide recommendations for product or service improvement. Translate customer requirements into product specifications to recommend existing products or, if needed, to define product development specifications.
•Collect and report on competitor information (products, application and developments) at customers and benchmarking if applicable.
•China business strategy implementation;
•Define CSO together with quality/production team
•New business development for imported APIs (nystatin/statins etc.) in domestic market under the guideline of senior sales manager
•Foster & drive team culture and act as role model.
Execute on talent development and act accordingly
1, Knowledge of and experience in pharmaceuticals:
- Rich Technical and processing knowledge of API products;
- Rich Technical and manufacturing/processing knowledge of FDF products/oral formulations;
- Rich Knowledge in cGMP and all related pharmaceutical regulations;
- More than 10 year experiences in pharmaceutical fields and at least 2years in technical/quality/manufacturing management positions.
- Good capability to translate Centrient API features into selling points;
2, Managerial and social knowledge and experience:
- Good communication and social skills;
- Good organizing and managing capacities;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with business Team, API production sites and customers.
