Description

1、Responsible for KPI management and internal information communication in quality control laboratory.

负责质量控制实验室KPI的管理以及部门内部信息沟通。

2、Organize, implement and audit the performance evaluation and training assessment of quality control laboratory personnel.

组织、实施和审核质量控制化验室人员的绩效评估以及培训考核。

3、Ensure the employees in the department strictly comply with GMP / SHE requirements, employee code of conduct and other rules and regulations.

确保部门内员工严格遵从GMP/SHE要求、员工行为规范以及其它各项规章制度。

4、Manage all work in accordance with established process, take effective measures in time for OOS, deviation and other abnormal situations to avoid recurrence; approve deviation / OOS investigation internally.

管理各项工作符合既定流程,对于OOS、偏差等异常情况及时采取有效措施避免异常重复发生;内部批准偏差/OOS调查。

5、Update the internal job responsibilities of the Department, optimize the internal workflow, and continuously improve the performance of employees and teams.

更新部门内部岗位职责,优化内部工作流程,持续提高员工及团队的绩效。

7、Develop and manage the work plans of the quality control laboratory, set and review the KPIs of the quality control laboratory.

参与质量控制化验室预算制定及费用控制,确保实验室费用在预算之内。

8、Organize and implement the consequence management of employees in the Department.

组织实施部门内部员工后果管理。

Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above in analytical chemistry or related field.

本科及以上学历,分析化学及相关专业。

2、More than 5 years working experience, including 2 years or more laboratory management experience, familiar with GMP quality management system.

5年以上工作经验,其中2年及以上化验室管理经验,熟悉GMP质量管理体系。

3、Have a deep understanding of the common large-scale instruments (liquid phase, headspace, infrared, UV light) used in the quality control laboratory, and can be competent for staff skill training and assessment tasks.

对质量控制实验室常用大型仪器(液相、顶空、红外、紫外灯)有深刻理解,能够胜任员工技能培训及考核任务。
