Description

The position will be responsible for managing trainings in our electronic Learning Management System (LMS)upon request of the business units and departments located in India, China, Netherlands, Spain and Mexico.

The main activities and responsibilities


  • Add, update, revise or obsolete trainings upon request of the business.
  • Add, update, revise or obsolete training material upon request of the business.
  • Add or remove trainings from employees.
  • Maintain the electronic training matrix.
  • Maintain the electronic training material library.
  • Maintain the job title list.
  • Maintain the job role list.
  • Run reports about the training status.


Requirements

  • Should be fluent in English
  • Should be well versed with Microsoft Office
  • Should preferably Microsoft SharePoint experience / exposure.
  • Should have hands-on approach
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should be able to work independently.
  • Structured, detailed and precise worker
  • Should be from IT affinity
